Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or booking travel services with Atro Travel & Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you a written confirmation. Until confirmation is received, we reserve the right to decline any booking.
Special terms may apply to group bookings (10+ persons). Group booking terms will be provided separately and may override certain provisions of these general terms.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates are fixed at the time of booking confirmation. Currency fluctuations after booking will not affect the agreed price.
Important: Failure to make payments on time may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposits paid.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient numbers, force majeure events, or supplier cancellations. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
Failure to show up for departure without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
While we provide general guidance on travel requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary documentation. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of initial trip deposit to ensure full coverage benefits.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the trip. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or supplier bankruptcy.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage.
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to operational requirements. Significant changes will be communicated immediately, and alternatives will be offered where possible.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise safety.
Participation in activities is at your own risk. Age, fitness, and health restrictions may apply. Follow all safety instructions provided by activity operators.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation first, then arbitration if necessary. All disputes are subject to the laws of Mauritius.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the appropriate courts of Mauritius.
