We understand that travel plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your booking with Atro Travel & Tours, including applicable fees and refund procedures.
Cancellation fee: 10% of total booking cost
Refund: 90% of total amount paid
Cancellation fee: 25% of total booking cost
Refund: 75% of total amount paid
Cancellation fee: 50% of total booking cost
Refund: 50% of total amount paid
Cancellation fee: 75% of total booking cost
Refund: 25% of total amount paid
Cancellation fee: 100% of total booking cost
Refund: No refund available
Important: Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request, not from the date you decide to cancel.
For bookings during peak travel seasons (December 15 - January 15, Easter week, and local holidays), stricter cancellation terms may apply:
Group bookings have separate cancellation terms that will be outlined in your group contract. Generally, group bookings require longer notice periods and may have different fee structures.
Some promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14-21 business days after cancellation confirmation.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation:
Travel insurance typically covers cancellations for specific reasons only. Review your policy carefully and purchase within the required timeframe (usually within 14 days of initial deposit).
If we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions), standard cancellation fees may be waived. Each situation will be assessed individually.
When possible, we will offer alternative travel dates, destinations, or travel credits valid for up to 24 months from the original travel date.
Airline ticket cancellations are subject to the individual airline's terms and conditions. Some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to change fees.
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. We will advise you of specific hotel cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Individual tour operators may have different cancellation policies. These will be communicated to you before booking confirmation.
If you need to reduce the number of travelers, the same cancellation fees apply to the cancelled portions. Remaining travelers may be subject to higher per-person costs.
Cancelling specific services (tours, meals, etc.) while keeping the main booking is subject to individual supplier policies and may incur modification fees.
Failure to appear for departure without prior cancellation notice will result in:
